David, you were a true gentleman who liked Caboolture of all places and pulled off a mean Aussie accent. Your love for Liz, first, and then your gorgeous kids was inspiring. We remember meeting you for the first time in Japan, then again here in Australia. The last time we saw you all in 2018 was such a joy. You hadn’t changed a bit.
