David was such a wonderful anaesthetist to work with. He will be a huge miss to us all in the West Wing. I worked alongside him on his last shift and was so shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic news. My thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones; especially at this sad time. Sleep tight David; gone too soon.
