David's funeral service was held on Tuesday 20th July 2021 at 12.30pm at All Saints' Church, Wytham, Oxfordshire.

David's funeral was held in Wytham as this is where David and Liz lived when they first moved to Oxford in 2000 and the White Hart pub in Wytham was the host to them on one of their first dates in 1993.

They lived in a flat in Wytham Abbey and looked over the Ffennell memorial garden every morning.  They married in All Saint's Church in 2002, and their children were christened there.   Their wedding reception was held in the village hall.  

David's remains will be interred in the grave yard over looking the village green on Sunday September 26th in the afternoon followed by a memorial cricket match, which you are all welcome to join.

We will provide Pimms reception, cucumber sandwiches and scones for an afternoon tea.  You are also welcome to bring your own picnics.
